Your workspace.
In your own words.

Less searching for the right database. More getting the thought out of your head. A compatible connected assistant can help with the entry—while you keep control.

This demonstration does not call Notion or change your data.

Task creation and completion were tested in an isolated schema copy. Planning is an example, not a tested automation.

From a thought
to a saved record.

The structure stays in Notion. The conversation happens with your assistant.

Instead of opening a hub, finding a database and filling each field, tell a supported assistant what you want. It checks the schema, prepares the action and asks for approval where required. Then you verify the saved record.

Changing a record updates the views that reference that same source. This is native database behavior, not a hidden synchronization service.

What we actually tested.

Task capture and completion

On 11 October 2026, connected Notion tools created “DEMO — Finish the presentation” in an isolated copy of the ADHD task database. The saved fields were read back, Status was changed to Done, and the result was read back again.

The limits of that evidence

This verifies those actions in our connected setup and schema copy. It does not certify every AI provider, subscription plan, buyer workspace or product workflow.

Product-specific prompt examples use inspected property names. Examples for the other four systems remain untested end to end. This website’s demonstrations are interactive illustrations, not live API operations.

We do not claim scheduled background management, external-platform sync or public access to Launchist Widgets MCP.

ChatGPT + Notion

Connect Notion through the app or plugin available in your account. Search and reading are documented; page creation and updates depend on the actions your particular connection offers.

Claude + Notion MCP

Notion’s official connector describes search, create and edit actions. Authorize your workspace through the connector. We have not performed a Claude-specific live test.

Other MCP clients

Use a client that supports Notion’s hosted MCP connection. Availability, query features and permissions can differ. Check official supported tools before relying on a workflow.

Your data.
Your permission.

Connect using the provider’s authorization flow. Review the workspace, account and content access it requests. Scope access to the system you want to operate wherever the connector allows.

Launchist does not need your Notion password or a privileged API key. The storefront does not receive your Notion records or run an AI backend. Review each provider’s data policies and disconnect from both services when you no longer need the connection.

Use only the duplicated Launchist system I identify. First read its database schema and confirm the destination. Preserve all source databases, relations, formulas and views. Ask before deleting records or contacting anyone. After each write, return the record link and read its saved properties back. If an action is unsupported, tell me and give me the manual Notion steps.
